Learning & Development Solutions primary focus is the operation and continued development of our MILITARY RPL program. This program recognises military training, experience, skills, knowledge, and attitudes to provide current and former Australian, New Zealand and British servicemen and women with Australian nationally recognised qualifications within the Australian Qualifications Framework. we also provide the same services to veterans’ families, police, fire, paramedics, emergency services.

Support
AVCAT is a national charity providing tertiary education scholarships and bursaries to children and grandchildren of ex-serving veterans. We assist scholars each year to reach their potential through achieving a range of academic and personal goals”.
Corporate Responsibility
In 2012 Learning & Development Solutions became the first corporate sponsor of RSLDefenceCare, a charity helping current and ex-serving members of the ADF and their families in times of injury, illness or crisis. In 2014 our principal consultant was appointed as their Ambassador.
Learning & Development Solutions continues to provide free consultancy services to RSL NSW, RSL Life Care, Soldier On (Australia), Princes Trust (Australia), Invictus Australia and other ex-service organistaions.
In 2018 our principal consultant became the Veteran Advisor to the National Centre for Veterans’ Healthcare (NCVH) project at Concord Repatriation & General Hospital and in 2019 he was appointed to the NVCH Advisory Council.
